Monthly club subscription payments are only refundable if your weekly session has been cancelled. You will be informed if this is the case as well as how much will be refunded and this will be automatically processed without needing a request to be placed.
To cancel your recurring monthly club subscription payment you MUST provide 14 days cancellation notice to [email protected]. Any request after the deadline may incur a charge.
For any one-off activity purchases you have made, you have up to 48 hours before the start of the activity to request a refund for the session. Requests for refunds after this time will be at the discretion of the Eagles Community Foundation.
If your refund is approved the amount will be credited back to the original source of payment.
It may take up to 10 working days for refunds to be processed and appear on your bank statement.
